Hey, I’m Jamie
—founder of The Mom Walk Collective and proud boy mom to Lincoln.
My journey into motherhood was a whirlwind, and like many new moms, I found myself feeling lonely and overwhelmed.
To help with my postpartum anxiety and depression, my midwife suggested I walk to the coffee shop and buy my coffee instead of making it at home.
So I started walking to my local café to get an overpriced matcha oat latte with a little honey and walk back home. But it wasn’t enough. I wanted to walk with someone…
I posted a video on TikTok asking, "If any local moms wanted to come with me?"
To my surprise, two moms showed up. We shared stories, laughed, and for the first time since having my baby boy I felt supported by others who truly understood what I was going through.
I felt amazing after that first walk, so I posted again and on the third walk, 50 moms came. The following month, I launched in 30 cities across the U.S., and now The Mom Walk Collective has launched in over 400 cities in the last two years.
The mission is simple: creating safe spaces for moms to connect.
You don’t have to do motherhood alone. We can ALL use a hug, a word of affirmation, or someone to share a cup of coffee with. And when we come together, we can help each other work through the challenges of being a mom.
That’s why I’ve partnered with the Happily Raised team of healthcare professionals, who’ve been in your shoes and are here to walk alongside you. They understand the fears and struggles of being a new parent.
Together, we’re here to help you find YOUR village to help raise the next generation…
